1. Who we are
Stichting Fundonvero (hereafter ‘Fundonvero’) is an educational organisation based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We collect public information about ecology, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture and share it with the public through this website and the weekly Eco-newsletter.
2. What data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your first name and email address. We also collect limited technical data such as language preference and anonymous traffic statistics to improve our content.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used solely for sending the educational newsletter and improving our public information service. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018 and applied in 2026.
5. Retention
We retain your newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter, after which your data will be deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, port and erase your data. Requests can be sent to privacy@fundonvero.com. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
7. Security
The website uses a valid SSL certificate (HTTPS) and appropriate organisational measures to protect your data.
